Working on the following, presently single pose not working

• imageScaleFactor = 0.5 0.2 to 1.0
• flipHorizontal = false
• outputStride = 16 32, 16, 8
  following only for Multi-Person Pose Estimation
  • maxPoseDetections = 5
  • scoreThreshold = 0.5
  • nmsRadius = 20 must be >= 0
