Test Webcam in Browser but I want to switch this to Capacitor

I make simple Machine Learning Web Apps at https://www.rocksetta.com/tensorflowjs/ and a streaming webcam is a necessity
Hopefully someone can help get this working at least as a Capacitor WPA.
